Erratic Rantings of a Law Student

Saturday, October 22, 2005

Well, once again I return to this poorly used Blog o' mine. As always things have come and gone, events have happened, and I have had to deal with certain things. But, as usual, I survive and move on, and I usually have a bit of fun with it too while I experience my life here on the Farm.

After Laura came and went I was pretty sad that was gone. In fact, I still am, but it's not the usual kind of sadness that one is used to. It's mainly a sadness because I know that I really want to be with her, and I miss her greatly. But, I know that I'll see her again, and that's why it's not a usual sadness. She really is a great person. There are so many things I could say about why she's wonderful, but all I'll say is that she makes me happy, and we're happy.

I got my LSAT score, and it's a 154. It's not good, but it's not bad either. All that means is I can't really expect to get into the top schools. I'm currently thinking about which schools to apply to, but the list is almost done. A few schools on the west coast and a few on the east, and we'll see what happens with those.

Every one check out http://itunes.stanford.edu it's a great new collaboration between Apple and Stanford that provides free university related content through the iTMS interface. Great music, lectures, sports broadcasts and more.

More to come later perhaps. ;)

One interesting that you slowly learn as a combination of insomnia and waking up extremely early takes over your life: your buddy list, full of all your college friends that scrolls across your entire screen at night, has less than half of those said people at 8 in the morning (and most of them are away; go figure).

I wish I had enough cash for an X-box 360, but I don't think I can quite afford that sucker right now. I still have to decide if I should register for the LSAT again for December, and I should also start filling out applications for my various law schools.

Class is boring, and I'm somewhat behind in reading, but nothing that hasn't happened before, and nothing that will not be cleared up whenever I get a free weekend to just sit down and make it all up.

I'm tired, but happy. And, that's all that matters.

OMFG OMFG

FF6 for the GBA? DS WiFi coming soon? FF3 and FF5 also being released for the big N portable?

I don't care what the fuck you think about Nintendo, they still fucking own the portable market.
