New Times

Hey y'all, Happy New Years. Hope the last year has been as good for as it has for me.

For me, I have a day or two left before I go back to school, and my job with Apple. I'm going to be working my ass off for the next few quarters, hopefully a summer internship, and more hard working my Senior year. I hope that I earn my keep enough to develop a career to help me in the future.

Things are going well for me, very well. I'm happy where I am. Yeah, there are a few things that I want, people I want closer, or jobs to accomplish, but it will all come in time... that much I'm sure of.

Times have moved on, and my priorities have shifted somewhat. At least with my current job, I firmly believe in the work ethic and goals here... and I want to do all I can to be productive to the team. At the same time, I've grown to love and appreciate my friends and social life. I want to strike a great balance between both, and I think my choices will allow me to focus on all that I care for.

I've made a few New Years resolutions to myself and to others privately. One that I must share with you, alas, is my resolution to focus more on life and less on writing about it.

All of you here most likelyl have some more personal method of contacting me. I encourage that you utilize it, because you'll find much more personal and better answers to how I'm doing then this place. I've enjoyed writing... and I will continue to do so. But, I will focus on poetry and other things (I may occasionally update Erratic Poetry with new stuff that I deem okay for public consumption), but this place is almost through.

Every one that's cared enough to continue visiting... thank you. I appreciate all of y'all that care. Even if the folks snooping around here are folks that are just trying to sneak a peak into my personal life, yeah thanks for caring too, in that weird way.

So, farewell for now. Look for me on campus doing Apple events, online at my usual IMs, or just email me at hte usual addresses.

Until laters,
-E
