Staff

Before I get started here, I just want to say that I personally believe that this year Phi Sig will be the fucking best house on the row. Period. We have a lot of enthusiastic residents, we have the beautiful house and small community that a lot of the bigger residences would love to have. And, best of all, we have the best staff members that I've ever seen. Each one of them is absolutely spectacular in their own way. Our RA is a fucking genius and one of the coolest, fun-loving guys I've ever met. He honestly cares for Phi Sig and wants to make the whole experience great for every one involved. I'm glad to be working under him. Our HM is another great guy who's pretty damn smart but manages to keep a pretty mean party streak going on. He's a little bit on the serious side, but when it comes down to reality, he's always there with whatever is best for every one else. Personally, he's quite possibly my best friend at Stanford, and I'm happy to be working with him. Our FM is a easy-going kickass fella. He has the organizational skills to keep track of our cash, and he also has his head on him; he never forgets his resposibilities to the house and others. On a more personal note, he's one of the hardest workers I've ever seen when he wants to get down with it. Other times he's one of the craziest party goers I've ever seen. Our KM is absolutely wild, but such a sweetheart to be around. She's always on the ball and I believe she seriously wants to make Phi Sig have some of the best food on The Row. Our SM is someone I haven't really met yet, but I know she's really kickass just by looking for her. She has the fun, outgoing, attitude needed to get every one in the house involved, and I have no doubt that she's going to do just that and make all our parties the best.

I'm sure you've seen a pattern in my description of these folk, and you're right: They are all excellent people that balance both work and pleasure easily. They understand the hardwork that goes into running Phi Sig, yet they also realize that a good house doesn't just work hard, they play hard, too. Every one wants to work for the better good, not just what they feel is best. I'm glad to be here and I know that even if things don't always go the smoothest, we're here for each other and we'll get through.
